Mid-Autumn Festival 2024

To celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival, CIM and ACSSNL Maastricht will be hosting a fun event for everyone to join. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Mooncake Making: Join us and learn to make snowskin mooncakes, a modern twist on the traditional treat.
• Hanfu Photoshoot: Experience the elegance of traditional Hanfu clothing and take photos to remember the day.
• Lantern Painting: Get creative with lantern painting, an activity that adds color and light to the festival.
• Tou Hu Game: Try your hand at Tou Hu, an ancient Chinese game where you aim to throw arrows into a distant pot.
• Qi Shan Fan Making: Craft your own Qi Shan fan, an intricate and traditional Chinese fan that you can take home as a memory.

This event is open to all, and we encourage you to bring family and friends to enjoy the festivities together. It’s a great opportunity to engage with the traditions of the Mid-Autumn Festival in a relaxed and friendly setting.
