By completing your registration for a course and making the full payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
You have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:
1.1 Any course cancelled after registration – admin fee of €20 of the course price applies (which will not be refunded), remaining deposit will be refunded. You need to request the course cancellation 5 working days before the course starting date.
1.2 If you want to cancel, you must provide a proof of payment. Without this proof, the course fee will not be refunded. Cancellation is only possible from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can request a cancellation by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
1.3 You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 5 working days before the course starting date.
1.4 Confucius Institute Maastricht reserves the right to cancel a course if number of delegates have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The company also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which disables a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, Confucius Institute Maastricht will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
If you need to postpone your course, you need to make a request 5 working days before the course starting date. You are not able to make a request for course postpone less than 5 working days before the course starting date.
Any refund will take take up to 30 days to process.
Book Return Policy
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons for 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer in advance and made known to the entrepreneur. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care.
Returning course books
If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt of the product. The consumer can make this known via the contact form. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment. If the customer has not indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal or. has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.
Still not satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Pack the products in original condition and packaging in a box
- Place the completed return form in the box
- Deliver the package to the post office
- Keep the proof of shipment safe
When do we pay back?
We will transfer the purchase costs incurred by you within 14 days of cancellation.
What do we pay back?
You will receive the purchase amount back.
Where do I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? Then we will contact you.
Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment have to be paid by yourself. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we reimburse these costs afterwards.
Make sure that:
- The articles are complete
- The items are in the original, undamaged packaging
- That the copy invoice and return form are attached
We try to process your return as quickly as possible. Here are some more useful tips.
- Make sure you pack the items well so that they are not damaged during transport.
- To save on waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product to you.
- Make sure the address label is legible.
Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a shipping receipt. Keep it safe until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested in case of loss during transport.
