你好! Welcome to HSK Standard Course Level 5上册.

What can you expect from HSK 5 上册 (Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì Wǔ Shàngcè)?

• For the advanced student, the focus is on reading texts and having conversations in Chinese based on topics covered in the book.
• You will learn a lot of new vocabulary (written language) and grammar. During HSK 5 上册
• Your vocabulary and grammar will be expanded, and you will be able to engage in more fluent conversations in Chinese.
• Practice with fellow students in an interactive learning environment, receive personal feedback from our experienced teachers,
• Prepare for the HSK 5 exam.

Study Duration

HSK 5 上册 consists of 20 lessons per semester, each lasting 2 hours. Additionally, self-study of 60 hours is recommended. This course is intended for students who have completed HSK 4 下册 and already have a very good knowledge of the Chinese language. The course covers all aspects of the Chinese language, including listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills. Additionally, students will have access to our online learning platform where the teacher will provide both course materials and additional study materials.

Instruction Language

This course is taught by one of our experienced teachers. Depending on the composition of the group, the course will be conducted in Chinese/Dutch or Chinese/English.

Study Materials

The study materials for the HSK 5 上册 course are included in the course fee.

Important Information: For each course, we have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 students. If a course cannot start, we will inform you in a timely manner, and you will receive a refund of the course fee.

HSK Exam: After completing both HSK 5 上册 and HSK 5 下册  in 2 study semesters, you can apply for the HSK 5 exam. For more information about HSK exams, please check here.

Important Update for HSK Exam Candidates!

Starting January 2025, in accordance with the latest guidelines from the Chinese Proficiency Test Center (Chinese Testing International), all candidates taking HSK Levels 3 to 6 must also take the HSKK (spoken Chinese) test. The HSKK score will be automatically included in the overall HSK results.
