Course Introduction

This course is designed for learners with HSK Level 4 proficiency who want to take their spoken Chinese to the next level. It focuses on developing more complex and nuanced communication skills for a broader range of social and professional contexts. Topics include cultural discussions, workplace communication, current events, and expressing personal opinions—helping students improve the depth, fluency, and coherence of their spoken Chinese.

Course Objectives

• Achieve coherent expression and communication
  Engage in relatively fluent conversations and give clear descriptions on familiar topics.
• Express personal opinions and reasoning
  Learn functional language for sharing opinions, making suggestions, and drawing comparisons.
• Improve language organization skills
  Use linking words and transitional phrases to make speech more logical and structured.
• Enhance interactive speaking skills
  Strengthen oral communication through group discussions and scenario-based simulations.
