Course Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By completing your registration and making full payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n

1.1. A \u20ac20 administration fee will apply to any course cancelled after registration (non-refundable). The remaining balance will be refunded if you request the cancellation at least 5 working days before the course start date.<\/p>\n

1.2. To cancel, you must provide proof of payment. Without this, the course fee will not be refunded. Cancellations are only processed from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please send your cancellation request to info@confuciusmaastricht.nl.<\/p>\n

1.3. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made less than 5 working days before the course start date.<\/p>\n

1.4. Confucius Institute Maastricht reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not met or if unforeseen circumstances arise that compromise a safe training environment. In the event of cancellation, we will either offer an alternative course date or provide a full refund.<\/p>\n

Course Postponement<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you need to postpone your course, please submit your request at least 5 working days before the course start date. Postponement requests made less than 5 working days before the start date will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Workshop Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By completing your registration and making full payment for a workshop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n

1.1. You have the right to cancel your workshop booking. Cancellations must be requested at least 2 working days before the workshop start date. The workshop fee will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n

1.2. To cancel, you must provide proof of payment. Without this, the workshop fee will not be refunded. Cancellations are only processed Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Send your cancellation request via email to info@confuciusmaastricht.nl.<\/p>\n

1.3. If your cancellation request is made less than 2 working days before the workshop starts, no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n

Book Return Policy<\/h2>\n

Return conditions<\/strong>
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons for 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated by the consumer in advance and made known to the entrepreneur. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care.<\/p>\n

Returning course books<\/strong>
If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur within 14 days of receipt of the product. The consumer can make this known via the contact form. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment. If the customer has not indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal or. has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
