Stay fit working from home!

For all those hard workers at home; being productive and getting work done is of course important, but so is taking care of your body! In association with NVGF, Confucius Institute has selected some effective exercises for you to do at home! These exercises were designed by physiotherapist Mr Gao Peng from NVGF and are integrated with the movements of Ba Duan Jin, Yi Jin Jing and physiotherapy.

After sitting behind your PC for a couple of hours it is important that you still get enough movement and exercise. Reconnect with your energy through these simple but effective exercises. You can easily do these exercises during a break from work to stretch and strengthen your muscle groups. It only takes a few minutes of your time and could help to prevent your body from feeling stiff.
