DESCRIPTION:Let’s go hiking! \nNovember is all about health. Vitality and well-being are important. In Chinese culture staying healthy\, happy\, and having an active lifestyle play an important role in daily life. We\, therefore\, invite you to join our November Health Month program and join us for a walk in nature! A perfect way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and surroundings of Maastricht and a moment to recharge\, enjoy the autumn fresh air\, and get a fresh boost of energy! \nSo what is this activity all about? We have planned a 2-hour walk at the beautiful Sint-Pietersberg in Maastricht. During this social walk\, there is plenty of time to talk\, walk and meet new people! We also use this walk to organize a little competition; we call it the ‘healing power’ photography contest! That means that during the walk you can take pictures. Pictures of the beautiful scenery\, a vigorously growing plant\, a lively animal\, or an interactive moment between your friends. 都可以! \nAfter the walk\, you can send us the photo you are most proud of. We will collect them and host a photography contest. You can then vote for the photo that in your eyes captures the best ‘healing power’. The winner will receive a gift from our institute. \nLet’s relax in nature and record a nice moment and spend some time together! \nPlease sign up before 17:00\, Nov. 10th*.  we only have 20 spots available for this activity so first come first serve. \n*The detailed information will be sent by email 5 days beforehand.
