That’s why we’re inviting you to bring friends and family to this event so that we can truly be together. \nThis year\, you can make your own snowskin mooncakes and fill them with fruit\, ice cream\, custard\, red bean\, and more! Taste the mooncakes\, play games\, sing along at our karaoke\, and most importantly\, enjoy the food! \nDuring this event\, there will also be an opportunity to look at our coursebooks and ask questions to our Chinese teachers about our courses. This way\, you can also meet everyone from our team! \nThis festival is for everyone! Zuyd students\, CIM students\, UM students\, and anyone who wants to celebrate the mid-autumn festival! \nInterested? DESCRIPTION:Time for the 22nd edition of the ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Proficiency Speech Competition 2023 – The Netherlands Final. \nHave you been learning Chinese for a while? Would you like to share your story towards the theme “One World One Family”? \nIf you have missed the opportunity last year\, this is your chance to register for the 22nd edition of the ‘Chinese Bridge’ Chinese Proficiency Competition 2023 for students in Dutch higher education\, also called 汉语桥比赛! \n汉语桥比赛 is an international Chinese speech contest that serves as a stage for cultural and educational interaction. It offers talented students the opportunity to demonstrate their language skills and gain confidence in their speaking. It is an event for Chinese language students to exchange and share their learning experiences. It also provides a stepping stone towards achieving academic and/or career goals. This year we are taking a slightly different approach. \nCurious? Step out of your comfort zone and join us on our journey and sign up for a 3-day language immersion camp! \nThroughout the 3-day language immersion camp\, you can level up your Chinese and work on improving your Chinese speaking skills. \nThe language camp will take place in the middle of nature on the weekend of July 7th -9th  2023. These 3 days are filled with various language workshops\, cultural as well as sports activities and fun moments where we engage in this experience together with the support from our native coaches. \nDuring the workshops\,  students will get the right tools to develop their speaking skills even further. The cultural and sports activities will be good for body and mind and the cozy moments to experience an unforgettable edition together. \nThe theme is “天下一家” (One World\, One Family). We are already looking forward to getting to know all the participants better during this challenging weekend program where students can share their experiences with each other. At the same time\, the experience will ensure that we create a close bond and embark on this adventure together\, a proverbial 天下一家\, in the middle of nature\, in a beautiful location. The keyword here is together. Going on an adventure together as a group\, learning from each other and most of all having a great time where new friendships are formed. \n3 day program\n \n*The program can be subject to change. \n07/07/2023 Day 1 – The first day is dedicated to getting to know each other.\n08/07/2023 Day 2 – The 2nd day will consist of a number of workshops interspersed with short interactive activities all aimed at improving speaking and language skills. \nBecause we are in a beautiful location in the middle of nature\, a piece of mindfulness should not be missing! In the evening we will host a talent show where each participant can share his or her talent with the group. Time to shine! \n09/07/2023 Day 3 – The last day will also consist of various workshops working toward the grand finale; the speech where the students in turn can share their experience of the camp with everyone but also explain what the theme 天下一家 means to them personally. The evening will end with a nice diner. \nOf course\, there are some game rules during the camp; \n– The whole camp is in Chinese and only Chinese will be spoken to each other.\n– No phones allowed during the day time. The camp is meant to connect with each other and therefore as few outside distractions as possible are desired.\n– Your talent will naturally have a Chinese flavor. E.g. Taiji performance\, Chinese dance or song act\, Calligraphy or Chinese painting. Use your creativity!\n– You have at least HSK level 4 or equivalent. An intake may be part of the registration process. \nPrizes\n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nThere are also great prizes to be won this edition! The participant who finishes first will become the winner of the Dutch final and will have the opportunity to travel to China to participate in the final international competition round. In addition\, the top 3 finalists get a spot in our summer camp 2024 and can travel to China! In Chinese culture staying healthy\, happy\, and having an active lifestyle play an important role in daily life. We\, therefore\, invite you to join our November Health Month program and join us for a walk in nature! A perfect way to enjoy the beautiful scenery and surroundings of Maastricht and a moment to recharge\, enjoy the autumn fresh air\, and get a fresh boost of energy! \nSo what is this activity all about? We have planned a 2-hour walk at the beautiful Sint-Pietersberg in Maastricht. During this social walk\, there is plenty of time to talk\, walk and meet new people! We also use this walk to organize a little competition; we call it the ‘healing power’ photography contest! That means that during the walk you can take pictures. Pictures of the beautiful scenery\, a vigorously growing plant\, a lively animal\, or an interactive moment between your friends. 都可以! \nAfter the walk\, you can send us the photo you are most proud of. We will collect them and host a photography contest. You can then vote for the photo that in your eyes captures the best ‘healing power’. DESCRIPTION:Om jullie kennis te laten maken met onze nieuwe cursus ‘Chinese Character Writing’ organiseren wij op 3 november aanstaande een proefles. \nTijdens het leren van de Chinese taal ligt de voornaamste focus op spreken\, grammatica en het lezen van karakters. Het schrijven komt minder aan bod en daarom hebben we speciaal deze cursus in het leven geroepen om meer aandacht te besteden aan de karakters an sich en de kunst van het schrijven. \nTijdens deze cursus ligt de focus op het schrijven van Chinese karakters. Deze lessen worden gegeven door sinoloog Rob Kuster\, die een rijke kennis heeft van de Chinese taal en letterkunde.
